Utah’s top chefs and the nation’s finest vintners come together for a weekend at Red, White & Snow to raise funds for adaptive, recreational programs for individuals of all abilities. The generous contributions of vintners and chefs alike make this event possible while also helping individuals of all abilities discover the possibilities at the National Ability Center. We are excited to welcome Restaurateur Cortney Johanson, owner of 350 Main and Chef Matthew Safranek from The Spur Bar & Grill as our 2021 Honorary Restaurateur and Chef.
