Red, White & Snow is the National Ability Center’s premier fundraiser. Now in its 9th year, this culinary, wine, and ski festival is among the top 10 in the country and continues to rise in popularity and recognition. The weekend-long event celebrates some of the nation’s top chefs and finest vintners. The program offers a unique opportunity for culinary and wine connoisseurs, vintners and skiers from across the country to mingle in an extraordinary setting.
Vintners & Chefs
Red, White & Snow is a food and wine lover’s paradise. The event allows guests to meet winemakers, vineyard owners and nationally renowned chefs and delight in their most prized collections and delectable dishes.
The Vintner Dinners are especially beloved, as they provide a very intimate setting. Held in gorgeous private homes throughout Park City and Deer Valley, each dinner teams a chef and winemaker together to serve several heavenly courses complimented by distinctive wines.

The weekend-long fete is made up of four events. The celebration starts with Uncorked, on Thursday, March 7, followed by Wine on the Mountain on Friday, March 8. Also taking place on Friday are the Vintner Dinners, a highlight of Red, White & Snow. Each private dinner is hosted in exquisite homes throughout Park City and Deer Valley. The culmination of the weekend’s festivities is the Gala & Auction, which will take place on Saturday, March 9.
